However, the Phoenix-Durango grows rapidly when EllisWyatt revives the economy of Colorado, and TaggartTranscontinental's RioNorteLine fails to service Wyatt adequately. Later, JamesTaggart conspires to get the Phoenix-Durango driven out of Colorado.
